“I am thrilled to become a Silver Member of the Automotive 30% Club.  Improving Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) is an important focus area for V12 Vehicle Finance, as set out in our Responsible Business Strategy, and gender is a key element of this.  I believe that by driving and promoting equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace, we will become a stronger and more successful business.”

V12 Vehicle Finance, powered by Secure Trust Bank, is building on a substantial amount of work already undertaken on ED&I resulting in our organisation being named a UK Best Workplace for Women and being awarded the Silver Talent Inclusion and Diversity Evaluation (TIDE) Mark by the Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion (ENEI).

In addition to this, as signatories of HM Treasury’s Women in Finance Charter, we have also pledged to:

  • Have one member of our senior executive team who is responsible and accountable for gender diversity and inclusion;
  • Set internal targets for gender diversity in senior management;
  • Publish progress annually against these targets on our website;
  • Have an intention to ensure the pay of the senior executive team is linked to delivery against these internal targets on gender diversity.

Whilst significant progress has been made at V12 Vehicle Finance over recent years, we also know that consistent focus in this area needs to be maintained to achieve our ED&I vision of being a successful, inclusive business where all our people feel respected, can confidently be themselves and fulfil their potential.

I believe that becoming a Silver Member of the Automotive 30% Club is another  important indicator of our commitment, and we will continue to regularly review the progress we are making to help us reach our targets.
